Meaningful artwork gift purchases

I have read several articles lately that report on the increase of original artwork and other non-department or mall store gift purchases for the holidays. In these tough economic times buyers seek value for their gift purchases. Mass produced and marketed gift items are being less preferred than original one-of-a-kind unique fine art and craft gift purchases by some consumers. I whole-heartedly support anyone who purchases original art as a gift. The recipient of these types of gifts are getting something that is truly a memorable gift that won’t be in every household. Original art is perceived as a thoughtful gift by the recipient and is usually very treasured. So support your local artists and buy from them when you can. You can find them art festivals and craft shows in your area. Happy gift hunting!

What would you do if you could actually talks to God?

scan0003.jpgWillis is walking and talking with God. Would you talk to a dog claiming to be God? Kids are so accepting of life’s situations. I really like being able to view life as a 9-year old again. As an artist it is refreshing to try to see the world from the different perspectives of my comic strip characters. Please enjoy my cartoon art. If you like it, share it!

Willis contemplates the existence of GOD as a DOG

scan0002.jpgWillis is having a tough time accepting that God is a DOG and talks to him. This could be difficult for anyone to comprehend, but at age 9, as Willis is, it just makes the universe even that more confusing. Enjoy this comic strip. I have submitted it for national syndication. Please share this site with your friends. DOG be with you! Click on the thumbnail to enlarge the image.
